This notice covers the documentation website only. Products built from the starter need their own policy based on the services and data they use.
Information processed
This website serves public documentation. It does not create customer accounts, accept payments, or store product uploads.
The hosting provider may process routine request data such as an IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp to deliver and protect the site.
Optional analytics and preferences
Analytics is disabled unless a Google Analytics 4 property and this website’s hostname are configured. The Google tag is loaded only after you explicitly allow analytics. We do not track installations or activity in products built from the starter.
Our events contain public page categories, language, fixed interaction labels and, when present, approved campaign labels. We do not send form contents, email addresses, arbitrary page paths, full referrers or raw query strings in these events. Google also receives network information, including your IP address and browser headers, and standard analytics session and device information. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled by this integration.
Google Analytics uses visitor and session identifiers in cookies after permission is granted. We configure this site’s analytics cookies with a sushi prefix, this hostname only and a 30-day lifetime without refreshing the expiry on each visit. This site also stores your accepted or declined choice under sushi:analytics-consent:ga4:v1 in local storage. If storage is unavailable, the choice lasts only for the current page session.
Analytics settings in the footer, or the floating control on documentation pages, let you withdraw permission. This stops future events from the integration and removes accessible analytics cookies created by it; it does not retract information already sent to Google. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control override earlier permission. The site may also store necessary preferences such as language or theme.
